Dropdown type system for low cost cutting of large amounts of rebars (more than 100 Tons/shift), comprising:

A control console able to interface a remote PC for programming of work orders also from the offices.

T300 mobile shear able to cut twelve 32 Ć rods at the same time.

Measurement and transfer track complete with independent retractable measurement stops at a distance of 0.5 m from each other which are moved by pneumatic pistons that activate a set of levers.

This track is equipped with double pneumatic tilting system for unloading of the cut bars on both sides of the track.

A floor storage structure consisting of modular elements with uprights of decreasing height, complete with air-operated closing flaps.

System dimensions and the number of storage locations can be adapted to the customer’s requirements.

Also available in a simplified version with unloading on one side only, fixed shear and electronic measurement device.

Possibility of setting 4 unloading positions with stops on the track.
